DENSON WARRANTY POLICY :

  1. Refers to the product warranty period, the warranty cover against defective materials including parts and services from the date of installed / invoiced date.
  2. Under the following circumstances, parts and labour will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty does not extend to the followings:
    • The product has undergone, repaired, modified, or dismantled by any other person prior verification of approval by Denson.
    • Defects are caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or deviation from recommended application and installation.
    • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging.
    • FOC (Free of Charge) item shall be excluded from the product warranty.
  • Customer support is available through our official channels for assistance and after-sales service.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Denson is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring proper installation, usage, and maintenance of devices.
